What happens if it rains?
Most of our units have built in shower/sun covers so if a light shower is forecast all you need to do is ensure that the bouncing bed is kept dry and keep on bouncing. Inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain or strong winds (In excess of 24mph/38kph or Beaufort Scale Force 5) and we offer a free cancellation service if you cancel the day before - Click here to view our Weather Page

When do you deliver?
We deliver from 8.00 a.m. but during busy Summer periods we will deliver on a geographical round basis. It is our aim to deliver all units by noon but if you require a specific delivery time for entry into a community centre or parish hall, or for fetes and timed events, please mention this at the time of booking

How long can I keep the items I hire?
Normally we will deliver in the morning and collect up until 8.00 p.m. This can vary during the busy Summer months but we try to be as flexible as possible. If you only require an inflatable for a short period of time the hire price is the same because the same amount of work is involved for us. We can also arrange longer hire periods such as weekend rentals and whole weeks for organisations such as out of school clubs etc. Please contact us for further details and prices

Can I hire an inflatable overnight?
Yes but an additional charge of £25.00 per unit is applied. You must take full responsibility for the unit and it must be in a secure area. Collection will be arranged for the following morning. Any inflatable used after dark must be well lit for safety reasons and we do have a limited number of floodlights available for hire.

How late can I leave it to book?
During the Summer months we are very busy so it is recommended that you book early to avoid disappointment. We do however, take bookings on the day of hire, so it's always worth a phone call if you make a last minute decision

How long do you need to set-up or to take down an inflatable?
Around 20 minutes depending on the size of the inflatable and access to the location

Can I collect a Bouncy Castle or Inflatable from you?
No, sorry but for insurance and safety reasons we must deliver and install the inflatable for you

What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Our inflatables are normally delivered in a small van and then moved to their location on a sack truck so we need adequate clear access for this (minimum 3'6"wide). Please ensure that pathways and access is clear and free of obstacles. We will need access to an electricity power point within 25 meters of the unit or we can hire you a petrol generator. If our delivery staff have to wait while you clear access, prepare the site, or if the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If you are in any doubt we are happy to visit you to conduct a free, no obligation site survey prior to you booking

What sort of surface do you need for the inflatable?
Ideally inflatables situated outside need to be on a reasonably flat grassy area (slight slopes are ok) so that they can be staked down. The area needs to be completely free of sharp stones, objects, dog mess and excessive mud. We can set up on hard surfaces such as playgrounds and tennis courts but please advise us at the time of booking to enable us to provide weights to anchor the unit down

How much room will I need?
An area at least 6 feet deep should be allowed behind each inflatable unit and a minimum of 3 feet at each side. At each entry or exit area there needs to be space for crash mats and a minimum additional 6 feet of clear space.

Can we hire an inflatable for use indoors?
Yes, most of our units are suitable for indoor hire such as village halls and community centres. We provide sand bags in this situation to weight the unit down. You will need to check the height of the venue to ensure that it will fit and allow room around the unit as detailed above. For some inflatable friendly venues please click here

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we carry full public liability and employers liability insurance and hold risk assessment documents and test certificates for each inflatable, all of which are available upon request

Do I need to keep the blower running?
Yes, the blower must be kept running all the time that the inflatable is in use. If there is a heavy shower or strong winds, turn off the blower and let the unit deflate

Can we move the inflatable?
No, for insurance and safety reasons once the unit has been installed and our delivery staff have left, the unit must not be moved under any circumstances

How safe is it?
All of our inflatables are inspected annually by a qualified independent tester and we hold copies of the certificates on file. Safety mats are provided with each inflatable rental for all entry and exit points of the unit. A risk assessment for each unit delivered is completed and held on file. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use and we will provide you with written instructions and safety guidelines upon delivery

Do you supply safety guidelines and operating instructions?
We provide you with detailed user guidelines and written safety instructions upon delivery

Do you supply safety mats?
Yes, suitable safety mats are provided for each entry and exit point on the inflatable

Is there an age limit?
Our inflatables are built to cater for specific age groups. Please see our inflatables gallery page for age limits. Our insurance becomes invalid if users older than the maximum age limit are found to be on the inflatable and any repairs from damages caused and rentals lost by us due to this are at your own expense

Do you hire inflatable for adults?
Yes, we have a range of castles designed for use by adults and these have specially strengthened beds and taller walls to allow for users of all ages to enjoy the fun of bouncing

How do I pay?
Payment can be made by cash or cheque by prior arrangement upon delivery or by a credit/debit card via Paypal in advance upon receipt of invoice - Please note that Paypal payments attract a surcharge of £2.95 to cover fees
